Superstat is set to launch a suite of free marketing resources designed to help dealers connect with customers working from home during the current lockdown.
Responding to the changing dynamic of dealers’ customers, the free resources include a digital home worker magazine, web banners, email graphics and content that can be easily sent to customers working at home.
In a recent poll by Superstat’s Marketing Director Karly Haley on LinkedIn, 67 per cent of dealers reported that over half of their customers were working from home, with 17 per cent reporting that three-quarters of their customers were.
The content has been designed to be interesting and engaging with articles on the best apps for productivity, staying healthy at home and products including technology, ergonomics, furniture and as well as general office supplies.
Karly Haley, Marketing Director said, “there has never been a more important time to stay connected to customers, the resources give dealers’ engaging, relevant content to send to customers by email or they can get us to send it for them. As many dealers’ still have sales and marketing people furloughed this is another way, we can lighten the load for our members and give them something that doesn’t cost anything but makes a big impact.”
