Spitfire will be previewing its new hosted telephony service, which has already completed highly successful field trials at UC Expo from 16th – 17th May at ExCeL, London.
Customers ordering the new hosted service at Excel will benefit from a reduced cost of £5 per extension, as against an anticipated £6 per extension charge, when the service receives its official launch later this year. Visitors to the stand will see a demonstration of the 3CX telephony platform. Spitfire can offer 3CX 'in the cloud' as a self-configured/self-managed solution or as a fully managed service to suit customers' individual capabilities and requirements.
As well as the hosted solutions offered by Spitfire visitors to the stand can discuss Spitfire's SIP Trunk service.
Harry Bowlby, Joint Managing Director said, "we are delighted to be exhibiting again at UC Expo especially as it gives us an opportunity to unveil our new hosted telephony service to the public for the first time. This new service provides customers with a high level of functionality that they can self-administer, delivering a comprehensive UC solution in the cloud."
As well as exhibiting, Spitfire will be running a seminar in the Cloud and UCCAS theatre on 16th May at 12.20. Entitled 'Practical solutions for ensuring voice quality in WANS and the Cloud.' Andy Duncan, Spitfire's IT Interface Manager will be looking at the pitfalls of deploying a PBX across a WAN or The Cloud or utilising a public Cloud voice solution and offering practical guidance on how the benefits of Cloud and WAN deployments can be realised without risking voice quality.
Potential reseller partners visiting the show look to benefit from Spitfire's Partner Service offering technical support and assistance for IT companies wishing to offer their clients voice and data network services.
