• Spicers enhances Brilliant Partner programme

        • With changes in the marketplace, Spicers has reviewed its Brilliant Partner programme to ensure that it delivers on products and services for all sizes of resellers.

          The Brilliant Partner programme was launched in 2013 with the aim of acknowledging and rewarding Spicers’ largest and loyalist customers. Three years on and the programme has delivered more than 20 different tools and services to help resellers provide a wider offer to their customers.

          Spicers has now recognised that it needs a fresh approach to help resellers grow their top and bottom line sales, as they face increased competition and costs.

          Richard Ford, Sales & Marketing Director at Spicers said, “this is an exciting new dawn for Brilliant Partners. It is all about making sure that we help our dealers ‘future-proof’ their business and keep pace with the ever-changing marketplace. The programme focuses around growing our dealers’ businesses by providing market sector and marketing expertise, added value partnership initiatives, and most essentially by being a true supply chain partner.”

          Spicers is now in the process of recruiting twelve new marketing and dealer support positions to drive and deliver the programme. Rebecca Stallard, Spicer’s Marketing Director, will lead the new look Marketing team, with a further announcement on the actual structure to follow shortly.

          A series of Regional Launch Events, will take place in November to bring the program to life.
