Ricoh has joined forces with business equipment specialists, Printware, in a special partner event in Portsmouth today. The aim of the event is to strengthen the client-vendor relationship and to increase awareness of Ricoh’s product range among Printware’s sales staff and customers.
Commenting on the event, Steven Hastings, IT distribution channel director at Ricoh UK said: “We look forward to continuing and intensifying our partnership with Printware in the coming year with a view to becoming a top four brand within Printware. Today’s event helps us to achieve that by introducing Printware staff to Ricoh’s latest product innovations and by highlighting the four key areas where Ricoh delivers unrivalled savings to customers: running costs, energy, space and time.”
Jeremy Warren, sales director at Printware added: “Printware has evolved over the last 25 years to become a major reseller in the printer market and our recently expanded product portfolio fits perfectly to the range that Ricoh can offer. Throughout July we will run a special promotional event in conjunction with Ricoh to equip our sales team with the tools they need to achieve broader market share for Ricoh’s innovative products.”
Printware’s sales team will target its extensive UK customer base with Ricoh’s wide range of products including desktop and multifunction printers (Laster, LED & Geljet ranges), consumables, interactive whiteboards, projectors and Ricoh’s Unified Communication System.
