Prima Software has announced Oliver Rowles as the newly appointed UK & Ireland Account Manager.
Since joining Prima in 2014, Oliver has shown a real desire to build strong customer relationships and his passion for delivering training has already made a big impact through his key role in developing and delivering our weekly training webinars.
Oliver Rowles said, “I’m incredibly excited to work with customers in a more strategic way. Assisting customers in order to answer important queries and introducing new, more efficient procedures is something I take pride in. If I can help contribute towards that extra few percent gains in a customers’ margin, by implementing more automation and identifying growth areas then it will be a very positive move both Prima and our customers.”

He consistently delivers a great level of service to our customer base, and this is a testament to the fact he has recently been awarded the 2017 Customers Consultant of the Year, having been named 2016 Prima Employee of the Year.

Last year Prima recorded 19.7 per cent growth which is attributed to 38 dealers switching to Prima. The appointment of a dedicated Account Manager was a decision for Prima to help develop both new and existing long-term customer relationships. Further to this, Prima’s continued investment in development cultivated over 400 enhancements in 2017 alone, an important part of the Account Management role will be to ensure that our clients are fully utilising all of the new features.
