Prima Cloud enhanced by FusionPLUS Data
Prima and Evolution Software are excited to announce a new and long-term partnership that they say will deliver high quality, web-enabled FusionPLUS data to all Prima customers.
Prima's General Manager Ian Buckley, says: "FusionPLUS data will significantly increase the information available on product records to enable easier and more accurate searching. FusionPLUS data will also offer Prima customers further enriched content such as enhanced images, video, and downloadable documentation such as user manuals and COSHH sheets, where available.
FusionPLUS data will be included as standard within the Prima software package, delivering immediate benefits such as attribute filtering, to the end user. Attribute filtering is an intuitive way of quickly drilling down to the required item using characteristics such as, but not limited to, colour, brand and size.
Fast, easy and effective search using accurate, high quality data is proven to enhance the consumer experience, which in turn can help retain customers and increase average order values, particularly on the web. This will also help back office users be more efficient, improve customer service and increase orders when dealing with customer product enquiries.
This strategic partnership is perfect timing for Prima and will be delivered to all customers as part of the Prima Cloud launch in October 2014.

Over 100,000 unique items are currently supported. These items are accurately cross-referenced across all the major wholesaler and dealer group catalogues, with thousands of new products added every month as more suppliers recognise the importance of having their brands better represented in a more sales-centric manner, particularly on the web.
The 1000's of consumers using Prima's software packages will benefit from improved search, filters to refine those initial results and enhanced on-page details per product, greatly increasing the likelihood of larger order values for the dealers, and of course their supply partners.
