Prima Software is introducing a returning team member in a brand-new client focused position. Andrea Connolly, returning from her travels, has been appointed as Prima's Client Onboarding Manager.
The new role has been created to ensure that new customers benefit from a smooth transition from their current software system to going live with Prima. Working closely with the sales and implementation teams, Andrea is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the customer has a great experience from the moment they choose Prima.
Prior to travelling around the Americas for 12 months, Andrea spent five years with the company beginning as a Support Engineer before being promoted to the Installations team.
Ian Buckley, Managing Director said, "the onboarding process covers the entire journey, from point of sale to data extraction, right through to going live with the system. This period can define the relationship that the user has with the product and service so it's important that we get things right from the start. We were over the moon to welcome Andrea back, she is very well liked by the team and the customers. There is no doubt that her skills and experience will fit this new role perfectly.
