• Premier becomes Double A stockist

        • The Premier Paper Group has announced it has become a stockist of the Double A brand of office papers, known for high quality and performance. Double A’s high fibre content means the copy paper is suitable for high-speed machines, boasting printing sharpness, smoothness, and bright whiteness.

The Double A brand of office papers includes 75, 80, 90 & 100gsm weights in A4 and A3. The smooth surface allows for good toner transfer and provides a high-quality touch. The bright, white appearance also provides a high print contrast with resistance to fading.

With its high-quality fibre content, the paper can be used for double-sided use and its acid-free content means it can be stored for longer periods. The range has also passed a ‘No Jam’ runnability test for the continuous copying of 100,000 sheets of Double A paper through a high-speed copying machine.

The Double A range is produced and manufactured at the Alizay pulp and paper mill facility in Northern France. The paper is manufactured using eucalyptus pulp, utilising Double A’s method for sourcing short fibre from farmers who grow specially selected trees on strips of redundant land between rice fields. This method of tree cultivation brings many economic benefits to rice farmers and their communities and is the result of more than 25 years of research and development.

Double A - Business, Premium, Colorprint and Presentation are now available throughout the UK from the Premier Paper Group.
