• Office Power picks up two ecommerce awards

        • Office Power has won in two categories at the ECMOD Awards, that took place on 15th June at a presentation dinner at The Hurlingham Club, London. The team scooped the winning trophies for ‘Best Exploitation of Technology’ for the second consecutive year and the ‘Office & Business Supplies’ award. 

          The ECMOD Awards, presented by Direct Commerce, celebrate the outstanding achievements of successful direct and multichannel businesses.

          The award for ‘Best Exploitation of Technology’ recognised Office Power’s new fully bespoke CRM system that helps dealers uncover sales potential. Office Power dealer, Mark Rostock from Just Office said of the CRM, “the new CRM dashboards have identified that we have in excess of £47k as a sales opportunity for this month alone. It’s a fantastic addition to our toolbox.”

          The second award in the ‘Office & Business Supplies’ category recognised the dealer group’s overall contribution to the business and office supplies industry. In particular, it recognised Office Power’s new front-end website solution for its dealer partners. As a result of this re-design project dealer websites now benefit from improved website page speed, top marks on Google Insight tools, a design based on detailed analysis of consumer behavior, improved search engine rankings, improved customer experience, improved loyalty and retention, improved site navigation as well as savings.

In the last 12 months we have launched a brand new fully bespoke CRM solution with a mixture of proactive and reactive marketing tools, allowing office supplies dealers to identify and capture new growth opportunities.
