The new strategic focus on business development, through key partnerships, has been a ‘game changer’ and now the delivery of a comprehensive support system through VOW has seen members ramp up success.
Office Friendly’s website reveals a switch in direction, a strategy which has taken 18 months of crafting. No longer just seen as a traditional dealer group, Office Friendly is referred to as ‘business development specialists’ and feedback so far has been positive.

Julie Hawley, Managing Director said, “after delivering the highest ever collective growth with VOW, you have to ask yourself, why? One of the driving forces is our joint interest in success for dealers. VOW’s switch in strategy to service dealers solely out of their Arrow operation has enabled them to streamline their logistics offering. Now, they’re cementing their presence as the industry’s leading storage, pick and delivery service.”
Office Friendly have a solus arrangement with VOW and because of this, its members enjoy exclusive pricing terms, promotions and joint initiatives, which Julie believes has helped its members thrive.
Adrian Butler, Managing Director of VOW added, “it is great to see the membership benefiting from the work that we doing collectively. By improving the service through Arrow and working on multiple joint initiatives together our relationship is stronger than ever. VOW is focused on delivering a first-class customer experience that ensures we are easy to deal with, as well as creating opportunities for our customers to be able to sell more.
