Nobo’s ‘Widescreen’ range of whiteboards and noticeboards has been shortlisted in the ‘New Product of the Year’ category at this year’s BOSS Industry Awards.
The BOSS Industry Awards grant businesses and individuals much-deserved recognition and publicity. The ‘New Product of the Year’ category is a celebration of the new products that entered the market in 2018/19. Nominees are judged on a range of criteria, including innovation & exclusivity, product design, differentiating features, quality, and profitability.
Since its introduction earlier this year, the Widescreen range of boards has been praised for its quality, design, and unique features. This fresh take on an office hero product includes modern touches such as a thin and unobtrusive frame, a range of sleek surface options including NanoClean steel, and Nobo’s unique EasyMount fixing system.
The new products have also presented sales opportunities for channel partners. Resellers have been able to trade their customers up to the range and cross-sell with other accompanying products, resulting in increased sales and boosted margins.
This marks the second year that Nobo products have been shortlisted in this category. The brand’s glass accessories were nominated for ‘New Product of the Year’ in 2018. The second annual nomination is a massive victory and source of pride for the entire Nobo and ACCO Brands UK team.

The winner of ‘New Product of the Year’ will be revealed at the BOSS Awards on 28th November 2019 at the Tower Guoman Hotel, London.
