Nimans is welcoming a new addition to its audio-conferencing portfolio with the arrival of the Konftel 800.
The device is suitable for up to 20 people and boasts a host of features and connectivity options such as SIP and USB – as well as 'daisy-chain' expansion.
Ian Brindle, Nimans' Head of UC Device Sales said, "the Konftel 800 offers remarkable flexibility as a powerful conference audio device for today's communication and collaboration services, whether in the cloud, on-premise or in hybrid environments. The conference phone is based on a multi-connectivity platform to leverage hybrid conferencing and BYOD. There are several options for easy device management and auto-provisioning, including Konftel Zero Touch Installation."
The new device has earned praise in a Frost and Sullivan white paper on conferencing trends and challenges and is available from September. The unit boasts Konftel's OmniSound audio technology with noise suppression - and can be operated by a colour touch interface or Konftel's Unite mobile app. Other features include daisy-chain expandability, expansion microphone support, built-in bridging function for 5-way calls and video conferencing compatibility.
Ian added, "the Konftel 800 brings outstanding audio and simplicity to conference calls and video conferencing as part of a next-generation solution. The option to connect multiple devices together creates a compelling alternative to installing whole sounds systems in large rooms."
