• Maverick builds partner confidence in collaboration with Surface Hub services

        • Maverick, the specialist audio visual business of Tech Data Corporation, has launched a range of services to help partners fully integrate Microsoft Surface Hub collaboration systems into their existing infrastructure and extract the best value from collaborations between colleagues, customers and contacts.

The services cover all requirements, from assembly and placement through to integration, user training and support. On-site or remote integration services are also available. By making use of the services, resellers can offer Surface Hub collaboration solutions and assure customers that installation and integration will be carried out seamlessly and to the highest standards.

The services have been introduced to help resellers gain confidence in providing Surface Hub and deliver a great customer experience.

Mark Tildesley, Collaboration Director for Maverick said, “the Surface Hub is a brilliant solution, but the process of delivery and implementation will be slightly different to the one most resellers are used to. By providing this additional support, we can help partners to build-up their confidence and ensure they customer gets a great experience.”

With 55-inch and 84-inch multi-touch screens, the Surface Hub’s fully-integrated collaboration experience can transform working practices. Maverick’s experienced engineers will be available to support partners and provide the services as required. Demonstrations and training for partners and customers can also be arranged.
