• Lexmark launches new printer guarantee scheme for the channel

        • Lexmark International, Inc. has announced the introduction of a new 4-year initial guarantee in the UK. The new scheme is targeted at small workgroup users and is available on a selected range of Lexmark’s colour and mono printers and MFPs purchased new through the channel.

          The new 4-year guarantee includes 24-hour online support and access to technical support by phone during working hours. The scheme further benefits Lexmark customers by covering all repair actions including the cost of spare parts for the full period.

          Martin Fairman, UK & Ireland Channel and SMB Sales Director at Lexmark said, “as a global leader in output management solutions, Lexmark is committed to excellence in terms of product quality and reliability as well as to providing our customers with hassle-free printing and maximum uptime. We have total confidence in the printers that we are bringing to market and we will stand by these through guaranteeing our products for a 4-year initial term.

We’re constantly looking for new ways to innovate our products to make it easier for our valued partners to offer solutions that deliver long term performance reliability, and our built-in protection against repair costs certainly does this.”

          Lexmark customers just to register online their new printer device to activate the 4-year initial guarantee that comes with their new printer. Customers looking for extra support coverage or a priority service can also request this during the registration process, enabling them to benefit from more tailored support, for an additional cost.
