• Julie Hawley named permanent Managing Director at Office Friendly

        • Office Friendly has announced that Julie Hawley has been appointed as the Group's Managing Director on a permanent basis. Julie has been acting as Interim MD since Steve Harrop left the role in the summer.

          Gordon Profit, Office Friendly Chairman said, “Julie has taken to the role like a duck to water. She has lead the team well, reorganised the structure and cost base, improved supplier relationships, as well as starting to deliver new initiatives for the members which will be announced in the New Year. She has been supported very well by Keeley Shepherd (Sales Director) and Katie Metcalfe (Marketing Director) and the Board are confident we have a great senior team capable of tackling the challenges our industry continues to throw up.”

          Julie added, “Office Friendly is an amazing place to work and I’m delighted to accept the role of Managing Director on a more permanent basis. Our board, members and team have been fantastic and I’m very appreciative of their continued support. 2017 will be a year of innovative developments and our focus will be on ensuring our members are well equipped to cope with the ever changing trends in our industry.”
