Jabra is launching the Engage 50, a professional digital corded headset geared towards raising customer satisfaction, as well as setting new industry-wide standards for call quality and employee productivity.
Jabra has engineered the Engage 50 to solve the problems facing customer service-led organisations, with recent studies saying that 73 per cent of agents find that noise has a negative effect on their productivity.
Specifically designed for softphone environments, with features that combat noise and interruptions in the contact centre to drive customer satisfaction, the Jabra Engage 50 features a three-microphone system that filters out background noise and breathing sounds. The Jabra Engage 50 is also compatible with on-premise and cloud-based softphone platforms.
Holger Reisinger, SVP Business Solutions, at Jabra said, “our research has found that up to 90 per cent of organisations perceive customer satisfaction as a competitive differentiator. When it comes to improving call quality and outcome, it’s vital that we listen to customer service agents, who know better than anyone what distracts them from doing their job or completing calls satisfactorily.
“That’s why we’ve engineered the Jabra Engage 50 to meet the challenges of today’s customer service-oriented business. There’s no headset on the market that provides the same levels of audio quality, noise-cancellation and features to help call-centric workers to focus on their job without fear of interruption. We’ve also listened to business owners, two thirds of whom plan strategic investments in advanced analytics in the next two years. The rich call analytics in the JabraEngage 50 enable businesses to make data-driven decisions to improve call quality for both agents and customers.”
