• Jabra begins new Code Software partnership

        • Jabra has announced the latest addition to its partnership programme following enhancements to its channel strategy.

          Since the beginning of 2019, Jabra has committed to diversifying its partnerships with software providers to improve the range and quality of the services that it provides to end-users. Under this new channel strategy, Jabra has added Code Software as a new strategic partner, which will see Code’s Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) software integrated within Jabra devices.

          Code is a supplier of reporting and analytic software. Founded in 2013 and based in Cirencester, Code specialises in reporting, monitoring, and analytics software within the Unified Communications industry. Under the new partnership, Code will incorporate Jabra’s software solution into ClobbaDM, the company’s ground-breaking Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) software.

          Mark Armstrong, Director, Code Software said, “Code is delighted to be partnering with Jabra. With CLOBBADM we have a solution which strengthens our UC&C reporting and management suite. It offers companies using Jabra devices valuable insights to drive user adoption and identify call quality issues, whilst delivering a simple and efficient way of managing multiple devices.”

          ClobbaDM provides a range of quality reporting, inventory and management tools that enable users to gain valuable insights into call quality, troubleshoot potential issues, and efficiently manage their entire inventory of Jabra devices.

          Under the new partnership businesses will be able to buy ClobbaDM licences, providing even more compelling reasons for choosing Jabra devices. The partnership meets strong end-user demand for a greater range of value-added functionalities to be integrated within their UC technology estate. As such, it provides a unique opportunity for the channel to recruit more customers who are clamouring for tools that will increase productivity, improve call quality and optimise device management.
