• Integra launches new marketing programme for 2020

        • Integra Business Solutions has launched its ‘Focus Your Business’ 2020 Marketing Programme. Integra’s all-encompassing programme will help members create and implement a ‘focused’ marketing strategy to generate awareness, grow sales and exploit the many diversification opportunities available to them. 

          Members have access to cost-effective sales tools including digital marketing, direct mail and free of charge catalogues, designed to maximise sales in key growth areas such as Workwear and PPE, Educational Supplies, Facilities Supplies, Packaging Solutions, and Furniture to name a few.  

          To further enhance the effectiveness of catalogues, direct mail, and email marketing, all key publications will be supported by FREE digikits containing additional content such as digibooks, email signatures, web banners, social media and any other relevant material provided by suppliers such as specification sheets and product videos.

          Integra’s Business Development team and marketing department are also on hand to help support members with a focused marketing plan and can support with implementing it too. Integra’s Infuse Marketing Solution is a comprehensive programme of managed services designed to complement a dealer’s own resource and enabling them to focus on other aspects of running a business. Integra’s in-house creative team can also provide bespoke creative from websites, corporate rebranding, email marketing, direct mail, and catalogues

          New for 2020 are some changes with the group’s quarterly Commodity mailer which will now be called ‘Office Focus’, taking on a new editorial look and feel whilst also featuring an extended product range to better reflect categories such as Workwear & PPE, Furniture and Facilities Supplies. The Initiative brand, exclusive to members, will still be heavily promoted to ensure members can compete on core OP lines and achieve the best margins possible. Digibooks and a series of email templates will enable members to generate further awareness and sales in key categories. 

          Integra will also launch a NEW ‘Product Focus’ Supplement in 2020 to help members promote new products featured within their Integra Catalogue.

          Sian Haskell, Integra’s Marketing Director said, “Integra’s programme has been designed to cover all bases and to focus members’ attention specifically on new opportunities presented to plug the gap left by the decline in office product sales. The Business Development team and marketing department are also on hand to offer additional support to our members – we recognise it isn’t always that easy to find the time and resource to implement change.

          “Initiative is also an important and exclusive element of Integra’s Marketing Programme, enabling members to further differentiate their offering. We provide regular pricing support, additional rebates and benchmarking to ensure Initiative continues to be competitive and profitable for dealers.”

          Integra is encouraging members to attend its ‘Focus 2019’ National Conference, being held on 14thNovember at the Crowne Plaza, Stratford-upon-Avon, to receive one to one advice and support from the Integra team whilst also being able to meet with over 55 key partners to discuss new products, services and to explore additional opportunities for growth.
