Integra members have received their 2021 office products catalogues, together with a full support programme, to help further promote the product range and services to customers.
This year’s catalogue, produced using paper from FSC-certified forests, features over 7,000 best-selling lines including own brand, Initiative, exclusively available to members. Social distancing, safety and infection control together with the ‘working from home’ category will continue to play an important part of the product mix for some time and have therefore been expanded within the 2021 catalogue.
Purchasing Director, Allison Fishlock said, “We are delighted with the response we have received about this year’s catalogue. Despite the challenges presenting members, we had a fantastic take-up for this publication in line with our 2020 figures and resounding feedback about the importance of a dealer group catalogue to help differentiate them from their competitors. It also gives us an opportunity to feature a more diverse product range available direct from suppliers where there is a good fit.”
The catalogue offers a quick reference tool for customers to have on hand throughout the year and contains all the essential product information they require in a user-friendly format. Digibook sections of the catalogue are also available for dealers to send out to key contacts who may be working remotely and prefer to browse through a traditional style book before purchasing online. Integra’s publications continue to be fully supported with back-office and e-commerce data.
