• Ingram Micro announces addition of cloud solution ITagree

        • Ingram Micro has unveiled a new addition to Ingram Micro Cloud’s UK Cloud Marketplace. Cloud solution ITagree provides legal agreements for partners to use with customers, to help partners manage customer expectations with certainty and reduce time spent addressing customer issues. 

          Ingram Micro Cloud’s Cloud Marketplace will provide partners with comprehensive, easy-to-read legal agreements that suit their business on monthly plans. Partners modify the ITagree agreements and make them their own.

          Anne Hall, Founder and CEO of ITagree said, “partners all over the world need agreements and the areas they need to agree with customers are largely the same no matter which country they are in. “Rather than adopting the approach of a traditional law firm, we are able to equip our customers with the capabilities and resources they need to revolutionise their competitive advantage.”

          Being a channel-led cloud solution which seeks to support MSPs in the legal agreements they need, ITagree is solely distributed through Ingram Micro across the globe, most notably in Germany, Switzerland, New Zealand, Australia and now the UK.

          The market opportunity for channel services is growing rapidly as customer experience and support is differentiating many value-added distributors from other players in the industry, making legal agreements-as-a-service a strong resource to aid partners’ relationships with their end-users.
