There was an almost universally positive response to the new, one-day Office Friendly annual conference, held on 19th October. Rather than being spread over two days as in previous years, all of the action took place in one fact and fun-filled day at the wonderful venue, St George’s Park, Burton on Trent, the home of UK football.
It was a very strong line-up of speakers, including the remarkablekeynote Jamil Qureshi, a master of performance enhancing psychology, who has worked with some of the biggest names in sport and business. His portfolio includes three Premiership football clubs and the European Ryder Cup team.
The group also announced the launch of the ‘van-tastic’ competition to celebrate its 25th year anniversary. Office Friendly says it is the biggest in the business supplies industry. Members will compete to win a brand -ew van, complete with company artwork. The competition will take place over the next 12 months with the winner being unveiled at their 2019 event.
