Future predictions from Cloud Telephones as PBX contracts end

As businesses look to turn away from PBX systems, Cloud Telephones are once again calling on their resellers to meet their expected demand.

Many PBX maintenance and support contracts will be ending this month with companies looking for, perhaps the first time, a new and better solution. Cloud Telephones is hoping this will mean they turn to VoIP solutions that are becoming more recognised.

John Carter, MD of Cloud Telephones, said, "now that faster and more affordable broadband is widely available, and there is much greater confidence in hosted services, most of the businesses reaching the end of their PBX contracts are definitely going to make the switch to VoIP."

Resellers can look forward to free marketing support to promote the upgrades and get business moving before the New Year.

John Carter adds, "as well as the initial commissions, resellers will generate regular monthly, recurring income from all their VoIP sales, and once customers have embraced hosted voice they are often keen to go further and look at other online services, such as cloud backup and Office 365."

As a leading distributor specialising in hosted telephony, Cloud Telephones already has a sound knowledge of promoting new customers and offers services such as Gamma's Horizon which along with their other services, offers customers simple and cost effective ways to manage their vice and data services.
