• Fellowes Brands’ Training Academy offers free modules

        • With many staff either working reduced hours or on furlough leave, there’s a great strain on resources and services, according to Fellowes. Keeping furloughed staff engaged and motivated is key and video conferencing can go a long way towards retaining team spirit.

Under the UK government’s Job Retention Scheme, furloughed staff cannot undertake any work, but they are allowed to participate in training sessions.

In light of this, Fellowes Brands has launched a brand-new Training Academy and released its first series of training modules for account managers and office products’ sales staff to take advantage of whilst based at home.

Initially, four modules are available as online presentations; and each one has been designed to help increase product knowledge, provide helpful tips and give expert advice on the consultative sales approach for winning more business.

The topics of the four modules are:

          • Module 1 - The Best of Health (The Consultative Sales Approach to Workplace Health & Wellbeing)
          • Module 2 - Active Working (The Consultative Sales Approach to Sit-Stand Working)
          • Module 3 - Elevate Your Sales (The Consultative Sales Approach for Monitor Arms)
          • Module 4 - Secure Your Sales (The Consultative Sales Approach for GDPR Solutions)

To register for any or all of the training modules or to organise a customised webinar for your team, please contact your Fellowes account manager.
