• Exertis begins distribution agreement with A10 Networks

        • Exertis has announced an agreement to distribute the A10 Networks portfolio, including its DDoS appliance, Application Delivery Controllers and SSL decryption solutions in the UK, Ireland and Benelux.

A10 Networks portfolio of solutions are designed to accelerate, optimise and secure data centres and clouds with application delivery and load balancing; DDoS defense and firewalls; SSL visibility and decryption; and analytics and software. Suitable for a wide range of customers including enterprises, service providers, on-line retailers and the public sector, solutions are available in a variety of form factors. A range of support and managed services are also available.

Kevin Matthews, Exertis UK Enterprise Sales Director said, “A10 complements our existing enterprise range whilst augmenting our portfolio across technologies like Cloud Application delivery and DDoS prevention. Both of these are growing markets that our Exertis resellers can exploit. With cloud adoption increasing, A10 provides consistent and reliable delivery of application services that are fast, secure and easy to implement and can be deployed in public, private or hybrid clouds. In addition, with distributed denial of service attacks continuing to increase in size, frequency and sophistication, A10 offers industry leading DDoS protection.”

Lee Mepsted, A10 Networks, Western & Southern European channel manager added, “Exertis offers us the opportunity to take A10 solutions to a broader range of resellers that want their customers to take advantage of the greater operational efficiency and protection afforded by our industry leading products. Whether it’s load balancing, traffic management, security and per-app analytics for public, private or hybrid cloud workloads or protecting investments against DDoS attacks, we provide future proof platforms that can scale according to customers’ requirements.”

Exertis holds Cyber Essentials PLUS certification and IASME governance, providing independent assurance for resellers that use their professional services. Cyber Essentials is a government-backed, industry supported scheme to help organisations protect themselves against common cyber-attacks.
