• ExaClair expands marketing department with two new appointments

        • ExaClair, the UK supplier of Clairefontaine, Rhodia, Europa, Guildhall, Exacompta and Decopatch, has expanded its marketing team with two new appointments to support the company’s growth targets.

          Clement Rouillard, who joins as Marketing Manager, will work alongside existing Marketing Manager Kevin Wharton. He will bring additional resource to support ExaClair’s goal of expanding its customer base beyond specialist stationery retailers, dealers and wholesalers, into Grocery retailers.

          Clement’s background is in Category Management working within the poultry industry. He has expertise in driving brand growth, increasing customer penetration and distribution, as well as specific experience with the targeted grocery retailers.

          Clement said, “with a portfolio of over 18,000 products from internationally recognised office products and art and craft brands there is enormous growth opportunity. A challenge that I am relishing, and of course being French, I have used Clairefontaine paper ever since I could hold a pen.”

          Adam Whittaker’s newly created role as E-Commerce and Social Media manager will be a key support in driving ExaClair’s digital strategy. His specific aims are to develop ExaClair’s social media presence across key brands, and continuing to build ExaClair’s E-Commerce strategy. Adam has a degree in Marketing and Advertising Management, and has worked in both sales and digital marketing roles.

          Mark Daisley, Managing Director at ExaClair added, “sales from brands such as Guildhall, Europa, Rhodia and Decopatch have seen year-on-year growth over the last four years. We are now ready to build on this with a move into the Grocery sector, and further our brands’ presence through digital and social platforms. Clement and Adam have excellent experience, which will support these goals, and we look forward to seeing what 2017 brings.”
