• Evolution Software appoints first Customer Success Manager

        • Evolution Software has announced the appointment of Darren McIntosh in a newly created role of Customer Success Manager for the UK & ROI. 

          Darren brings industry experience and knowledge to Evolution, having worked for Spicers as their Head of Sales for Scotland and the NE for 14 years.  Most recently, Darren has been employed as Commercial Manager for Scottish independent dealer, The Caley Office Group.

          Patrick Donnelly, CEO of Evolution Software said, "Darren has a unique vantage point having worked in a wholesaler and more recently a dealer business. He knows first hand the challenges our customers face and will be a great resource in helping them get the most from their Evolution investment.”

          Darren will be responsible for ensuring that Evolution clients are gaining the most from their webstores, encouraging the use of the key features and sales & marketing functions within the system to help them grow their online sales.

          Darren added, "I am delighted to be joining the Evolution team and really excited to be working closely with dealers to help them encourage more business through their webstore.  Online ordering has to be a top priority for dealers going forward as the landscape of our industry continues to evolve.  I have been blown away by what the software can offer to our clients and hope I can help them utilise the functions available to them.”
