Industry experts will share best practices, standards and measurements for service organisations
ECi Software Solutions Ltd (www.ECi.eu) recently announced that it will host a series of free workshops exclusively for copier dealers or companies who are considering adopting a more service- centric business model. As copier dealers transition to imaging experts and branch into IT services, it's fundamentally important that they ensure their core copier business is operating as efficiently as possible. In addition, access to timely, accurate information is key to making good business decisions in this rapidly evolving industry.
