• Duplo to focus on seamless solutions at The Print Show

        • Duplo is to showcase how seamless connectivity enhances efficiency and productivity, at this year’s The Print Show, at Telford International Centre from 11th-13th October. 

          Taking centre stage at the show will be the newly-launched Duplo DuSense DDC-810 sensory coater. It is used to print clear spot UV varnish with the option of raised and textured finishes that resemble embossing. The system will be demonstrating how it can help to open up new avenues for businesses and create new revenue streams for short-run, digital print with its highly creative and intricate special effects.

          Visitors will see how it the latest device combines ease of use with high accuracy, to create the most productive solution, at the lowest cost of entry for the market. Equipped with high definition 600 dpi heads, the coater handles 1,080 B3 sheets per hour, as well as handling heavy solids and fine detail in the same pass.

          Visitors will also discover how Duplo’s short run die-cutting system, PFi Di-CUT 300, enables a broader service offering, and how the 600 PRO Duetto system, which produces 86 booklets/minute, facilitates faster turnaround times, to expand production capacity.

          Duplo will demonstrate how the DC-646 PRO delivers eight length-wise slits, 25 crosscuts and 20 creases in a single pass to enhance service capability and provide operations with the confidence to meet future market demands. All are designed to enable faster turnaround times with smart technology advances and better workflow integration.

          Duplo’s team of experts will be on hand throughout the show to demonstrate the systems and answer any questions.
