Showcasing its range of finishing systems in the print industry, Duplo International, are getting set for this year’s drupa show to exhibit some of its latest innovations.
A key highlight to its stand this year will be the premier of the PFi Di-CUT 300 on-demand diecutter. It produces a variety of digital print and packaging products and performs multiple cuts, slits, slit score, kiss cuts, perforations and window punches. Other key features include registration mark smart technology which enables the machine to counter image drift.
Duplo’s offering at the event will also extend to bookletmakers, saddlestitchers, collators, multifinishers, binders, folders and duplicators. Smarter workflow integrations between Duplo and its digital press partners will also be demonstrated on the HP, Konica Minolta, Ricoh and Xerox stands.
Other new products:
iSaddle PRO Duetto Digital System: the saddle- stitcher, combines the DSF-6000 sheet feeder with DSC-10/60i suction tower collator.
DC-646i: new features added to the DC-646 slitter/cutter/creaser include expanded job memory to 250 jobs, PDF template generator, and side air feeding to ensure smoother operation.
DC-646 JDF: includes a wide range of finishing functions such as cutting, creasing and perforating to turn a sheet into a fully finished document in a single pass.
DC-646i IFS: a blend of the DC-646i slitter/cutter/creaser with the IFS (Integrated Folding System)
350R Pro Inline Booklet System: the ASM-350 squareback and SCC (slitter/cutter/creaser) combines with the Ricoh Pro™ C7100 series colour printer to create a professional inline booklet system.
DC-446: new features have been added to this system, which now has 20% faster processing speed.
DC-350Cr Booklet System: integrates the DC-446 DuCreaser with the DBM-350 bookletmaker and trimmer.
DM Mini Collation System: extends the productivity and inline processes of its current DM230V Esper Collator.
PFi COAT 300 System: a standalone or inline fully-automated coater for applying an all-over UV varnish.
