DSales (UK) Ltd, the UK distributor for Develop, has launched the Develop ineo 958 for in-house print rooms and pay-for-print monochrome light production.
The ineo 958 is available with a choice of inline finishing options including a 100-sheet stapling function, booklet making, post insertion and an A3 Z-fold unit that is integrated into the finisher to save space. Operation has been made easier for non-skilled operatives using a 9-inch colour touch screen panel with pop-up windows open for all function settings. An upright operating panel option is also available to ensure good usability when standing in front of the device.
Wayne Snell, DSales (UK), Product Manager said, “the ineo 958 successfully bridges the gap between the office MFP and light production print market segments. It offers outstanding black-and-white job throughput with the flexibility of high-speed colour scanning. For in-house print rooms or commercial digital print providers the ineo 958 is the perfect solution for fast black-and-white light job production.”
The small footed device has an output speed of 95 A4 mono prints per minute, and a new dual colour scanner, with the capacity of 300 sheets, scans at speeds of up to 240 ipm in a single pass. It has a maximum paper capacity of 6,650 sheets and has a 150-sheet bypass tray, allowing 1200 by 297mm banners to be printed in house. Its media flexibility of up to 300 gsm weight (256 gsm via paper trays and auto duplex) and SRA3 size comes with mixplex/mixmedia and a paper catalogue functionality, enabling the device to deliver on a wide range of print jobs.
The ineo 958 also supports third-party software with an open API interface that integrates numerous applications and both Internal Web Server and Near Field Communication authentication.
