Distributor wants to encourage more resellers to up-sell hosted VoIP and other services
DMSL, the specialist broadband and cloud services distributor, is offering resellers extra commission for every customer they sign-up for a two-year contract for Plusnet Unlimited business broadband services.
The special promotion gives resellers nearly double the current rates when they sell 24-month contracts for Plusnet Business Broadband Fibre Unlimited, which at only £10 per month for the first year (£33 per month thereafter), represents tremendous value for small businesses. In addition, DMSL is offering double commission to partners when the sell standard Plusnet Business Broadband Unlimited contracts.
DMSL is using the offer as a way of encouraging resellers to up-sell hosted services. “Plusnet is a well-known name and for smaller businesses looking to take advantage of fibre and get the very best broadband speeds, it’s the best offer on the market. We hope that the extra commission we are offering in every sale will attract the attention of resellers, but where they will really make money is on the services they sell on top of that broadband connection.
“Selling hosted VoIP, for example, will not only provide an instant commission payment, but a regular monthly income for every seat they sell. They can offer voice services from just £8 per user, per month, with very attractive all-inclusive UK call plans, advanced features such as voicemail, and the ability to access calls from smartphones. Additionally, Carter notes, now UK broadband customers are able to switch Internet providers without first having to request a migration authorisation code (MAC), it is much easier for resellers to persuade them to move to Plusnet. “With Plusnet fibre services widely available across the UK, eight out of ten customers saying that they would recommend the company, and award-winning, UK-based support provided as part of the service, persuading small businesses to switch is easy.
