Hampshire based DEOS Group has reported that last year's growth has continued into this fiscal with October seeing the company's first-ever million-pound month.
Nick Munton, MD said, "it's an incredibly competitive market presently with some people seemingly writing business just for the sake of turnover so to produce a record revenue month whilst also retaining a manageable level of profitability is particularly pleasing. All of our growth has been organic and that demonstrates the value that everyone in the business brings, not just the targeted quota bearers but the telemarketing team, the support staff and the technical and engineering teams whose excellent customer service lead to so many customer referrals which then delivers that organic growth. Whilst we are specific and successful in the sectors that we target we are also achieving success in non-targeted areas due to referrals and clients re-engaging with us if they have a career change.
"We are tracking for another record year with predicted growth somewhere in the region of 20 per cent and a healthy proportion of net new business clients within that figure. Whilst we are happy with the growth, we are producing organically we are still keen to make acquisitions where there is seemingly a good fit or a natural bolt-on. The success of recent years has allowed us to build a fund that will allow us to complete those acquisitions without needing to resort to the banks or other lenders."
