• Dams online customer portal upgrade

        • Office furniture specialist Dams today released the latest update to their MyDams online customer portal at www.dams.com, designed to enhance service and support for its customers.

          The company says that the updated MyDams portal puts customers in charge of using their Dams services with customised support and instant visibility into the most-important product information to help manage critical business functions. MyDams has three main features - Product Library, MyFlyers & MyQuotes – bringing all the product details, images, stock information, promotion flyers and sales quotes together into a single place that’s easy to manage.

          Dams extensive product library of over 4,200 stocked items is continually updated with new images, specifications and content. Dams online stock check facility is also available to all customers with stock levels updated every 30 minutes so customers can use the information to make the right decisions on ordering.

          MyFlyers is a marketing support service with a large portfolio of promotion flyers and literature available for customers to personalise with their company logo, contact information and pricing details. New flyers are added every month for customers to customise, now in user-friendly, easy to navigate product sections, covering a wide selection of Dams best-selling products and ranges

          Recent flyer additions include Dams Connex bench desking, Social Spaces range, Tuscan chairs, Elev8 sit-stand desks and much more. There are now additional header options for customers to choose when personalising flyers on MyDams, designed to give promotion flyers that professional edge. It has also never been easier and quicker to personalise flyers with the addition of a global markup box for selling prices, which is ideal for the new Big Deals flyers.

          Dams have also launched MyQuotes - a new, easy-to-use quoting tool where customers can create, send and manage quotes through the MyDams customer portal.

          MyQuotes allows customers to add any number of products to the new quote system, using the in-built markup and discount calculators to help tailor quotes, with product images, company logo and a polished design to make the quotes stand out. It’s really quick to get started, easy-to-use and simplifies the sales quoting process by allowing Dams customers to create and send their first quote in a matter of minutes.
