Jodie Piper, Reseller Development Manager
Newly appointed Reseller Development Manager, Jodie Piper will be leading the recruitment campaign for both Cloud Telephones’ hosted vice and DMSL’s broadband connectivity channel programmes.
Both companies have seen significant growth in the last 12 months and are now pushing to recruit more resellers to generate sales. Jodie, having worked DMSL for the past ten years, is now looking to double the number of Cloud Telephone resellers to 120 as well as adding to DMSL’s partner portfolio.
Jodie adds, “Cloud Telephones has been leading the change towards hosted voice and the growth we are seeing in this area is phenomenal. We are also seeing solid demand and growth in broadband services. We fully expect to see a further acceleration in sales this year and we are definitely going to need more reseller partners to reach the full potential that’s undoubtedly out there.”
In the past 12 months, Cloud Telephones has seen reseller subscription revenues for hosted voice rise by more than 200 percent so are looking to make becoming a reseller more appealing to build on their success with solutions such as Gamma’s Horizon.
She adds, “with Cloud Telephones, B2B resellers can own the customer 100 percent and manage every aspect of the relationship and billing. That suits resellers who are moving to a business model based on services and subscription income. We will provide them with the support and information they need to do that.”
DMSL is also hoping to attract more resellers with this latest appointment to boost sales within its brand leading options. Jodie concludes, “while there are no changes in products, contracts or services for either company right now, DMSL expect to be able to give resellers and retailers access to mobile options and the extended opportunities that it will bring, in the near future.”
