Family owned business, Choice Stationery Supplies, has signed a new five-year contract with office supplies wholesaler Spicers. Having moved to Spicers in October 2014, Choice has so far seen a 43 percent growth in their business.
The new agreement was signed on 24th August following a tour of Spicers’ Bristol depot, where Choice Founder, Paul Andrews and Choice General Manager, Luke Tanner joined Spicers’ Operations Manager Perry Long and Customer Liaison Managers Jackie Cole and Gary Harman, who look after the Choice account.
The newly formed partnership is built on a mutual commitment around offering great value service for customers.
Paul Andrews, Founder of Choice said, “moving to Spicers felt like the right decision for us as it was refreshing to work with a business that truly listened to what we wanted and took the time to understand our needs and where we wanted to go. Spicers aren’t afraid to take risks and move away from the rule book when required to get results that work for both of us.”
Spicers moved the Choice account from where they were previously held at Greenwich RDC to Bristol, to better facilitate the needs of the business, providing them with a more personalised level of customer service. For 2016 Choice are on target for the year to continue their growth, making them the South West’s fastest growing dealer.
Steve Morley, Spicers Account Director added, “Choice presented us with an unmistakably great opportunity. To meet their requirements, it was necessary to lightly flex our model, but with a local distribution model this was achievable. Together with our inventory, logistics and head office support teams we created a model that could facilitate and sustain Choice in their growth plans.”
