Spicers unveils its 2011 marketing offer

Wholesaler Spicers has launched its new Dealer Marketing Programme for 2011. After a major investment in end user research during the early part of 2010, where 500 office products purchasers were interviewed, the new portfolio of solutions is said to be designed to make selecting and ordering the right product easier for the end user.

The Big Book offers over 18,000 products in an easy-to-navigate catalogue with features including ‘how to choose’ guides, complementary products located together and a comprehensive product and brand index to help customers find the products they need.

There are also new, dedicated catalogues focusing on the two categories, business machines and facilities management.

Other publications include the Midi Catalogue; the 5 Star™ Catalogue; the Green Book, which helps dealers provide a more sustainable working environment; and the Interiors Catalogue.

Online solutions include an extended range of digital Flicki catalogues. Click-n-Print now encompasses both an email and print marketing module, in addition to the new knowledge module, delivering a host of marketing materials from branded product suppliers including flyers, specification sheets, web banners and videos. All online tools come with full support and training from Spicers.

Marketing & Communications Director Jane Rowe says: “Businesses are demanding a broader range of products from their core supplier, simplifying ordering and reducing paperwork and resource requirements for their company. We have put together a comprehensive set of online and offline marketing materials to ensure extensive product coverage within a number of focus categories, to help our dealers meet all their customers’ office product needs and grow their business, profitably, throughout 2011.”
