Jenkinsons wins £10million contract
Jenkinsons have completed negotiations with the Merseyside Collaborative Group and won a four year contract for the supply of office furniture and seating to five local Councils: Liverpool City Council, Sefton Council, Halton Borough Council, Knowsley MBC, Wirral MBC and St Helens Council. The contract is estimated to be over £10million.
Jenkinsons’ Managing Director, Martin Baker, says it is the result of a tremendous effort by the furniture team over the previous three years.
"The Councils involved recognised that we offer the best package of service, value for money and expertise in the North West."
This new contract follows other successes in 2010 with the completion of the new Cheshire West and Chester HQ building, a £1million contract, and the Knowsley Place development for Bury MBC for £750,000.
