Xeretec acquires Digital Documents Direct
Wokingham-based Xeretec Office Systems has today announced the acquisition of Irish company Digital Documents Direct (3D), to create a £23 million, international document technology reseller Group.
The newly formed company will trade as 3D Xeretec and will be the Irish branch of the Xeretec Group. Xeretec says as a result of this acquisition, it is now the 'largest document technology mono-branded reseller' in the UK and Ireland. More details in next month's Channel Info Magazine.
