Strengthened team at Calidore
Calidore Computer Systems, the long established provider of back office and web-store solutions, has recruited three new members of staff at its North East base; Kate Pickard, Michelle Nugent and Alison Jackson. They will enhance admin and customer services following a recent addition to the development team.
Kate Pickard and Michelle Nugent have joined the team in Reception and Administrative roles, and enhancing the customer services and support team is Alison Jackson. She will provide an improved service, liaising between the client and the support team to supply additional informed feedback and a speedier response.
Calidore’s Kevin Cowell says: “It was important to put the right people in place to enhance the service to our clients and improve the feed back of information to them. This comes in advance of some exciting new features to our software products that we will be discussing first with our existing clients in the coming weeks.
