sales-i boosts sales for Inter Office
In the US, sales-i, the sales & customer intelligence service, announced that its Wisconsin-based customer Inter Office Products has generated significant new sales opportunities only six days into its sales-i implementation.
President and CEO, Dennis Martins says: “sales-i has taken my breath away! In six days I have learned more about my customers and their buying behavior and history that I could ever have known. I can see who is buying what and who isn’t and from running one simple sales-i alert to identify which customers had not bought from us in six months, I made 20 calls and realised five or six sales opportunities that combined are valued in excess of $50,000!.”
