Garner Bennett/Winstonmead yet to confirm deal
Official confirmation has yet to be received on the alleged acquisition deal between Winstonmead and the Garner Bennett Group in Stoke on Trent. Garner Bennett is one of the north's leading independent dealers.
Last month Winstonmead denied rumours that the company was going into administration. Group Managing Director Adrian Hensby said that despite recent cash flow pressures, the board had been working very hard to achieve a stable cash position and an agreement had been reached for a considerable cash injection into the business.
