Expansion for Bespoke
At Bespoke Papers January 2010 has seen the commissioning of new machinery that double’s the production capacity of its new watermarking facility.
Paul Stenning, Bespoke’s Director of Sales & Marketing, says: “Demand through 2009 just kept growing and growing. Our commitment to new machinery will allow Bespoke Papers to continue to deliver excellent service. Fast, accurate turnaround and speed of delivery are key factors in our resellers’ ability to secure profitable business wins with their end users.”
He says 2009’s business climate saw a significant change in consumers’ purchasing patterns, with them looking to commit to smaller quantities but purchasing on a more regular basis. "Bespoke’s system allows us to supply from just one box of personalised, customer-watermarked paper upwards, although an average order size during 2009 was still 23 boxes.”
Tim Bonnett, Business Development Manager, says: “People’s view of watermarking is definitely changing. Yes, it adds prestige to your brand but businesses are now also looking for added document security. Last year we saw our product being used for certificates, redemption vouchers and ballot papers in addition to traditional letterheads. Now is a great time for dealers to positively and proactively sell the prestige and security benefits of watermarking to their customers.”
