PEFC first for UK company
Ely-based AC Timber Solutions has become the first UK company to demonstrate it’s commitment to sustainable timber sourcing by including the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification schemes (PEFC) logo on the livery of its delivery fleet.
The East Anglia-based company, which was established in August this year, provides a wide range of timber and joinery products including beams, posts, cladding and flooring as well as sawn timber. The company now has dual PEFC and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) chain of custody certification.
