Brother UK has been recognised for its commitment to gender equality and diversity at the inaugural Northern Power Women Awards, picking up the Medium Business award which recognises the steps the company has taken to champion gender equality as it continues to grow its 200-strong workforce.
To ensure balance and progression, Brother conducts monthly workforce reviews which examine its male/female mix, including an analysis of management roles.

In the last three years, Brother UK has also been awarded a Times Top 100 place to work award and an Investors In People Gold award.
