• BOSS Leaders of the Future line up announced

        • The BOSS Leaders of the Future (LOTF) committee are holding their annual conference on Thursday 26th March 2020. The theme Disrupt or be disrupted, sponsored by Durable, Fellowes and SPOT, will be held at Stationers’ Hall in London.

The conference will explore changes in the OP sector and the wider environment. Speed of technology, sustainability and the circular economy and innovation will be discussed and debated.

Delegates will learn what they and their companies need to do to adopt, adapt and create in order to survive. Attendees will leave with practical takeaways of how to embrace change personally, in their teams and throughout their businesses.

The confirmed speaker line up is:

Mark Shayler, Founder Ape & Founding Partner – The Do Lecturers This is Ape - Mark helps big companies think like small ones and small companies think like big ones. He works on the innovation of products, services and business models; he works on sustainability and company purpose, and he coaches businesses and individuals. He has saved his clients in excess of £120 million per annum through environmental improvements.

Nicky Pattinson, Sales & Communications Expert - What she does is so powerful, it’s really not unusual for some to double retail takings overnight, treble add on sales and get professionals and lawyers into offices they never thought they’d get to sit in! This is a must for everyone in any kind of business who wants to as she says…BE SOMEONE.

Steve Hilleard, Chief Executive Officer, Office Products International (OPI) - Steve works for a media organisation dedicated to providing a wide range of information, products and services to the global office supplies sector. Steve will be leading our keynote ‘In conversation with Steve Horne’ asking Steve questions.

Steve Horne, Chief Executive Officer, SPOT Group - Steve brings extensive experience in sales, successfully growing businesses organically, through M&A and by new channel development. He is also very experienced in supply chain and business transformation.

Tom Dickinson, Sales Director, OSI Ltd - Tom will be talking about mental health awareness, his life and life experiences and how he got to where he is today. A big part of Tom’s talk will cover social media and social media effects.

Simon Drakeford, CEO, EO Group - Simon will be hosting the panel. Simon is CEO of The EO Group which leverages a proprietary e-commerce platform to target small to medium-sized businesses in the Office Supplies industry.

This will be followed by a session with a panel of industry experts, where attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions.

BOSS members are invited to send future leaders within their company to this conference for £100 + VAT, tickets for non-members are £150 +VAT.
