• Blake and The Postal Museum to produce limited edition Post & Go products

        • Blake has teamed up with The Postal Museum to create a limited edition First Day Cover and Presentation Pack, coinciding with the release of the Royal Mail Heritage: Mail by Rail Post & Go Stamp Set. This commemorative piece celebrates the history of transporting mail, offering an insight into how our post was delivered in days gone by.

From 15 February, The Postal Museum will release The Royal Mail Heritage: Mail by Rail Post & Go set with The Postal Museum overprint on 1st class only. These will be available from The Postal Museum foyer during standard opening hours. A corresponding presentation pack, limited edition first day cover and postcard set are also available to pre-order via their website: shop.postalmuseum.org

Tim Browning, Director of Blake said, “we were thrilled to be asked once again to work with The Postal Museum in the design and production of products to support the release of the Mail by Rail Post & Go set. Our partnership with The Postal Museum aligns perfectly with our continued belief in the power of direct mail and deep-rooted desire to create products which have the authority to reignite the ‘pleasure in receiving post’.”

The launch also coincides with the start of this year’s Stampex, where The Postal Museum will be showcasing the new Mail by Rail Post & Go pack to all exhibition visitors.

Emma Allen, Head of Commercial at The Postal Museum added, “The Postal Museum prides itself on the quality of its customer offer. By working with a highly respected brand such as Blake, we can offer a product of the highest quality, something truly special as either a one off, or to add to an existing collection.”
