Kent-based office technology and IT services provider, Blackbox Solutions has appointed a new Operation Manager to spearhead the company's growth plans.
Colin Ayres, who has over 20 years' experience working in the print and document solutions sector, will take charge of managing Blackbox Solutions' sales team, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, and overseeing service performance.
He started his career at Konica Minolta (then Minolta UK Ltd) in 1995 before joining independent reseller, Kent Photocopier Services, where he was responsible for automating servicing systems and improving client experiences.
Colin Ayres said, "this is a very exciting time to have joined Blackbox Solutions. The company has ambitious plans to grow its customer base and double in size over the next three years, building on the fantastic foundations already laid by the company's directors.
