ARMOR Office Printing is launching ARMOR Connect, a digital exchange platform for its partners to meet the needs of retailers and partners in the printing market.
Rather than just creating a simple digital ordering tool, ARMOR Office Printing has designed its portal to be a channel of communication for the reinforcement of its existing business relationships. As such, ARMOR Connect offers new features to create a dialogue with its partners. For example, a partner can send a message directly to ARMOR Office Printing, which will process the request within 24 hours. Topics of exchange with ARMOR Connect include After-sales service, quote requests, collection, a technical phone support option, order centralisation, tracking and archiving.

The platform also lists favourites, in order to save time during the next batch of online orders.
ARMOR Connect also allows its partners to track their activities in real-time: tracking the processing of orders and deliveries, as well as the status of any products that might be placed on back order. Partners can download their prices or a specific order at any time and in a format that suits them (PDF, CSV or Excel). This allows them to obtain figures very easily, in order to work on their public prices, for example.
