• Antalis to strengthen business with new senior appointments

        • Antalis has strengthened its office division with three new senior appointments. Richard Adams joins as Retail Development Account Director, Simon Wyers joins as Retail Account Director, while Sham Ahmed, already a Antalis employee, has been promoted to the newly created role of Digital Consumer Sales Manager.

          Richard Adams brings experience to his new appointment, having spent the past decade in senior sales roles at Colart, Nuco and, most recently, Shurtape Techologies. He will now be tasked with further growing Antalis’ retail channel through the identification of new customer opportunities and adding value to existing client relationships.

          Former Antalis Business Development Manager, Simon Wyers returns in his new role, focusing on building relationships with retail customers nationally and growing market share. Having worked at Antalis around 15 years ago, Simon went on to spend nine years at PaperlinX and most recently helped to develop Pukka Pads’ retail channel.

          Sham Ahmed has worked at Antalis for almost 20 years, most recently as National Digital Sales Manager. In his newly-created role he will assume additional responsibility for leveraging the growing B2C market, working closely with the product marketing team to drive forward the category in terms of product innovation, promotional activity and other channel specific initiatives. This is in addition to continuing to head up Antalis’ wider digital arm.
