Antalis is being encouraged to make the most of the company’s expert advice and support thanks to its brand new ‘Challenge Antalis’ initiative.
The Challenge concept invites customers to put their challenges forward to the Antalis team who will use their knowledge and expertise to find the best solution. The task is for Antalis’ experts to work closely with customers and assess their business, making recommendations on areas for improvement, new innovations and opportunities to diversify.
Katie Farr, Head of Marketing for Print and Visual Communications at Antalis said, “we are an incredibly customer-centric company committed to doing everything in our power to help customers maximise the full potential of their business. Working very much as an extension of their team, we want to help as many new and existing customers as possible – whether it’s one seeking to invest in new innovation, optimise efficiencies or simply deliver better results.
“The ‘Challenge Antalis’ concept is much more than a comms campaign, it’s an overarching business ethos. We want to ensure we are offering our expertise to as many businesses as possible and would encourage all customers to get involved.”
This latest activity is part of a wider strategic focus on helping customers evolve their business in line with the changing print landscape and embrace new technologies in order to gain a competitive edge and enter new markets.
With ‘Just Ask Antalis’ at the forefront, the campaign features a raft of the business’ industry experts all chosen for their ability to help customers diversify and grow their business. These include, Digital Sales Manager, Sham Ahmed and Giles Bristow, Digital Support Manager and Head of the Antalis Digital Academy training facility for customers seeking to upskill. This is in addition to Technical Services Manager, Duncan Webster and Technology Specialist, Paul Duffy.
The Challenge Antalis integrated communications campaign was launched in June 2017 in trade print media and a dedicated page on the Antalis website.
